Scope Of Works:
Groundworks and hardlandscaping for 48 new flats. The works include, levelling, footings and drainage. But the bulk of the works cover the hard landscaping of the new car park and communal areas.
Project: Craig House
Client: Richmond Housing Association
Project Value: £110k
Scope Of Works:
Groundworks and hardlandscaping for six new build town houses. The works initially covered the clearance, footings and drainage. However we have also taken on the hard landscaping within this package.
Project: Score Centre
Client: London Borough of Waltham Forest
Project Value: £20k
Scope Of Works:
4M high metal twin wire fencing system, covering 120 linear metres and adding increased security to additional sports courts.
Project: Joseph Clarke School
Client: NPS Group
Project Value: £50k
Scope Of Works:
Resurfacing the schools playgrounds to the front of the school, all tarmac overlays with the nursery playground being wetpour softplay.
